Capabilities

Divisions 1 through 9, self-performed.

GQC is a true full-trade general contractor. We staff our own field crews for the structural and envelope work that defines a project, and we manage every other trade through licensed, vetted partners — all under one prime contract, one schedule, one point of responsibility.

DIV 08

Window replacement at scale, marine doors, storefront systems, hardware, and ADA-compliant entrance upgrades.

Drywall, plaster, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, painting, and resilient flooring for ground-up and renovation work.

DIV 1–14

Coordinated MEP

Licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-protection subcontractors managed under GQC as the single point of responsibility.

Sector Mix

Primarily commercial. Approved for residential.

The majority of our work is institutional and commercial — transit stations, schools, public housing common areas, community centers, agency facilities, and infrastructure.

We are approved and equipped to take on residential scopes where the client requires the rigor of a public-sector general contractor, including occupied-building renovations.
