Gem-Quality Corporation was founded in 1999 by Irshad Ahmed with a singular goal: to become a trusted name among New York's premier federal, state and city agencies. We've spent twenty-five years earning that trust, one project at a time.

Our Staten Island office runs day-to-day operations. Field supervisors and specialized trade crews execute the work. Professional engineers, schedulers and expeditors handle TR1 and TR3 inspections, site safety plans, and sealed drawings.
Every project — whether $100,000 or $15 million — is owned by a senior project manager and reviewed by the president. That structure is why agencies come back, and why we've kept a near-spotless contract record for over two decades.
